In March 2024, Shenzhen Polaris Security Technology Co., Ltd. proudly participated in the Singapore UAV Expo, one of Southeast Asia’s premier platforms for showcasing unmanned aerial systems and related technologies. As a leading manufacturer of drone detection and countermeasure systems, Polaris Security used this opportunity to present both its core integrated counter-drone systems and a new highlight: a portable drone detection and jamming integrated device.
The rise of compact and low-cost UAVs has presented new challenges to public safety and facility protection worldwide. In response to evolving global security needs, Polaris Security has developed solutions that are highly effective, mobile, and adaptable to various environments. The new portable system—engineered for ease of deployment and fast response—was a key focus of this year’s exhibit and drew particular attention from Singaporean government representatives and security agencies.
This portable device combines real-time RF detection with active interference capabilities in a lightweight form factor, allowing for both stationary and mobile deployment. Whether used at temporary checkpoints, sensitive public events, or mobile patrol operations, the system offers immediate situational awareness and rapid threat mitigation. Designed with a user-friendly interface and durable construction, it can be operated by personnel with minimal training, making it ideal for field use in urban and semi-urban settings.
Throughout the exhibition, Polaris Security engaged with numerous local stakeholders, including representatives from government departments, civil aviation authorities, and private infrastructure operators. The company received strong interest and positive feedback, with several agencies expressing appreciation for the device’s compact design, operational flexibility, and compliance with regional radio regulations.
Polaris Security's participation in the Singapore UAV Expo not only strengthened its international visibility, but also reinforced its commitment to providing tailored solutions for the Asia-Pacific market. With Singapore's focus on smart city development and airspace safety, the reception Polaris received affirms the relevance and effectiveness of its technology in real-world applications.
Moving forward, Polaris Security aims to deepen cooperation with local partners in Southeast Asia, continuing to support urban security, infrastructure protection, and lawful airspace management through innovation and responsible development.
